We offer a wide choice of Wedding Photography Coverages designed to fit your needs. Check out our new Simplified Plan, or consider our Wedding Album Packages (Click here to see our album choices) for a fixed price option, or A La Carte coverage if you prefer to purchase your album at a later date or order prints separately and use your own album, or our Digital Negative option if you prefer to own all your original image files in addition to an album. We also offer a variety of options including spiral bound Proof Portfolios, Internet Proofing, a CD-ROM Album or a Video DVD with music.

Beach Wedding Special $500
Available only for the Intimate Beach or Home Wedding without a Reception
If you have multiple attendants or live music, your wedding coverage will not be adequate with this package.

This package is available at this cost for Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach & Lovers Key locations only.
For Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, North Naples or other Lee County locations call for quote.
Not available on Saturday except by special arrangement.
== A LA CARTE COVERAGE ==
A $100 travel & setup fee (within Lee County, Florida) + $150 per hour including photography (up to 60 images per hour) with a Proof CD-ROM, or $200 per hour with 4x6 numbered and proof-stamped proofs. Albums or enlargements are not included in a la carte coverage but may be ordered separately. A minimum 3 hour purchase is required.
We also offer a la carte coverage without proofing but including bulk image surrender. We photograph your wedding on a per hour basis and give you a DVD with all high resolution camera images, unedited and with no color correction, copyright released. $100 travel & setup fee (within Lee County, Florida) + $300 per hour. A minimum 3 hour purchase is required on Saturdays.
Options & Extras
Extra Album Prints
Our 10x10 Wedding Albums allow unlimited pages, so you can add additional prints in your album. Album prints are the same price as our enlargement prints and the album pages and mats are FREE for any extra album prints.
Album Editing
Our album packages includes our choice of one album layout of your selected number of images. If you wish a virtual proof of your album layout before production please request it. If you wish to change your layout you may do so for a $25 per page charge, which includes an additional virtual proof of your changed album layout.
Enlargements
You, your family and friends can order enlargements directly from us for gifts, wall or desk portraits, scrapbooks, etc. Click here to see our enlargement print price list.
Proofs
A Proof CDROM is included with all our regular coverage except the Intimate Wedding Special. We also offer conventional photographic proofs:
Proof Portfolios $5 per page: 8x10 color proof portfolio pages of all your images, 6 or 12 images per page, numbered for your convenience.
Proof Prints $1.50 each: 4x5 size color proofs of all your images, numbered and proof stamped.
Internet Proofs $50
Your guests and family can view your previews and order prints from our web site. Available only with Proof CD-ROM.
CD-ROM Album $200
Re-live your wedding forever on your CD Album, containing a slide show of your wedding preview images set to music.
An excellent way to share your wedding images with family and friends. Or
DVD Album $300
Your still images set to motion, with pans, zooms and special effects available only on DVD! We use our choice of music behind up to 150 of our best images in the nearest thing to a video you can get. And it plays on your DVD!
Digital “Negatives” -- ½ of Package Price
A CD-ROM of all Digital Master Images in high resolution, printable JPEG format, copyright released.
Files from all ordered images are the fully color and density corrected files used to produce your ordered images.
All other files are the minimally corrected camera files. Package purchase required.
This option may also be purchased instead of an album at the same cost as the package you select.
We will color correct the number of album images in your package; the remainders of the images are uncorrected files.
After one year you may purchase this option at a cost of 25% of your package price.
Emergency Overtime
We recognize that schedule delays may occur due to weather or other unforseen circumstances and we will accommodate your need for any emergency delays at a rate of $150 per hour, billable in ½ hour increments. We will confer with you when our budgeted time limit is near in order to offer you a time extension.
Engagement Portrait Special $500
An informal Engagement Portrait session at one of our beautiful local beaches or parks (or even your own back yard) including 30-40 previews on a proof CD-ROM, AND a 16x20 Deluxe Enlargement framed with an oversize Signature Mat in a 24x30 frame to display at your wedding reception so your guests can sign your Signature Mat like a guest book. PLUS 24 wallet size prints imprinted on the back with your wedding photography timetable to help your family and wedding party stay on schedule for the big event.
Terms
A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of your package price (minimum $250), which is applied to your package purchase price, is required to reserve the wedding date. 50% of the balance is due 60 days prior to the wedding. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to the wedding date. Reprints are payable when ordered. Sales tax will be added to all invoices as required by Florida law. All photographs are copyrighted and may not be scanned, copied or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the written permission of Charles Hester. Prices subject to change without notice.
